Often the smallest guy on the floor, LA Tenorio made the biggest impact in the PBA’s grandest stage.
The 5-foot-8 Tenorio bagged the Finals MVP award after leading Barangay Ginebra San Miguel to its first championship in eight years.

Tenorio averaged 17.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists in the 2016 PBA Governors’ Cup Finals and in Game 6, the veteran floor general capped his stellar play with 25 points, five rebounds and six assists.
With the Gin Kings down 13 heading at the start of the third quarter, Tenorio willed his team back with 21 points in the second half alone.
