Even Alyssa Valdez needs help, too. The league’s top player can’t do it all by herself.
“Alyssa has been carrying us when we were missing some players, but now that we’re complete, I hope everyone gets involved,” said Bureau of Customs coach Sherwin Meneses.
He was referring to Thai players Kanjana Kuthaisong and Nattanicha Jaisaen and locals Lilet Mabbayad and Pau Soriano who missed a few games.
Valdez, averaging 23 points, paces the spiking, serving and scoring departments.
