Bureau of Customs finished off its impressive campaign in the elimination stages of the Shakey’s V-League Reinforced Conference blasting Philippine Air Force 23-25, 25-21, 25-23, 25-21, Saturday at Philsports Arena.
Back-to-back hits from Kanjana Kuthaisong sent the Transformers to the next round with a 5-2 record while the Lady Jet Spikers would go back to the hangar with a 2-5 slate.

“Hindi maganda ang start namin pero buti na lang naka-recover kami ng second hanggang fourth set,” said Meneses.
Giving the league’s top scorer a lift, Kuthaisong finished with 21 points to lead the Transformers while captain Alyssa Valdez had 15.

Air Force enjoyed a balanced-scoring effort with four players putting in double-digit performances, but it wasn’t enough to deter the onslaught of the Transformers.
Joy Cases and Mary Pantino led the Lady Jet Spikers with 12 points apiece while Judy Caballejo and Dell Palomata combined for 20.
