Demi Lovato is showing signs of pursuing an MMA career anytime soon.

As sighted on her Instagram post a few days ago, the “Confident” singer, 24, toppled down Sylvester Stallone at the Unbreakable Performance Center in Hollywood. The veteran action star, 70, was in the gym to train her some basics of boxing. Her mentor, Fox Sports analyst Jay Glazer, witnessed the roaring battle on one side.

Stallone also uploaded a separate clip on his Instagram account with the caption, “Rocky gets knocked out by his long-lost daughter, Roxana…Starring Demi Lovato.”

Lovato threw one rock-solid punch at Stallone’s jaw, and the mighty actor lost his balance. “I slipped! I slipped!” Stallone humorously cried foul in the video. “I swear it was an accident.”

Recent reports surfaced that Lovato has been contemplating about shifting careers from singing to “growling” inside the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) cage. According to an article by TMZ Sports, mentor Glazer glorified the singer’s agility and physical strength, noting that she brought the possibility of fighting in the ring “a million times.”

“She throws elbows better than most of the UFC guys that come in there,” Glazer told the news site. “She’s definitely one of our fighters, without a doubt.”

He further elaborated, “She has the mindset. I wish I could bottle up her mindset and sell it to all the guys in the UFC…She’s a bad little lioness. Don’t mess with her.”  Gianna Francesca Catolico
