Blackwater continues to retool in the offseason as it is set to acquire Dylan Ababou in a one-on-one deal with TNT.
The Elite will send center Frank Golla to the KaTropa for the former University of Santo Tomas star.
Ababou gets a new lease on life with Blackwater as he is expected to mentor its cornerstones Mac Belo and Art dela Cruz.
He averaged 2.75 points in 8.38 minutes this past season for TNT.
Golla, meanwhile, will beef up the KaTropa’s frontline as he pairs up with big men Troy Rosario and Mo Tautuaa.
In another deal, TNT also sent Aaron Aban to GlobalPort for a future second round pick.
