Santiago is currently in Japan with the National U Lady Bulldogs for a 12-day training.
The resurgent Cargo Movers found a prolific import in Hayley Spelman, who towed them to three straight victories after a 0-2 start. Only a solid Petron side led by Stephanie Niemer halted their run.
Foton is just two wins away from nailing a semifinal spot in the meet, whose champion earns the right to represent the country in next year’s Asian Women’s Club Championships in Kazakhstan.
