Seigle inks one-conference deal

Danny Seigle inked a one-conference pact with TNT KaTropa even as the Texters also shipped away utility guard Aaron Aban to GlobalPort for future Draft rights.

Seigle will be the second oldest player in the league at 40 years old, next to Asi Taulava, who is 43.

GlobalPort hopes to use Aban as a stopper because of the presence of high-scoring guards Terrence Romeo and Stanley Pringle.

Season 42 opens with the San Miguel Beer-Star clash at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.  —MUSONG CASTILLO
