Goldberg repeated what he did to Lesnar 12 years ago, when the two had their first meeting at WrestleMania XX.

Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton also emerged as the sole survivors, winning the traditional 5-on-5 elimination match for Team SmackDown.

Roman Reigns was gearing for a Spear when Orton pushed Wyatt from harms way and took the hit. That gave the Eater of Worlds the chance to nail the United States Champion with the Sister Abigail for the victory.

The match also saw The Shield momentarily reunite as an already eliminated Team SmackDown member Dean Ambrose came back to the ring and attacked his rival and WWE World Champion AJ Styles. That led to the Lunatic Fringe helping Team Raw members Seth Rollins and Reigns triple-powerbomb Styles in the Spanish Announce table.

Earlier in the match, WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens also got himself eliminated after aiding Chris Jericho and hitting Ambrose with the List of Jericho, thus eliminating him from the match.

Team Raw’s Braun Strowman was also counted out of the match after Shane McMahon connected with an elbow drop on the announce table, as James Ellsworth tried to hold the Man Mountain from getting back in the ring.

Reigns eliminated McMahon when he turned a Coast to Coast to a devastating Spear, as doctors tended on the SmackDown commissioner.

Meanwhile, Team Raw won the women’s 5-on-5 elimination match with Bayley and Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte finishing as the survivors.

Bayley nailed SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch with the Bayley-to-belly suplex to secure the win.

Charlotte would then attack Bayley at the conclusion of the match.

Cesaro and Sheamus would also give Team Raw the victory in the 10-on-10 tag team elimination match after the Swiss Superman made Jimmy Uso submit to the Sharp Shooter.

The Miz retained his WWE Intercontinental Championship, keeping the belt on SmackDown.

The A-Lister was on the verge of tapping out to Sami Zayn’s figure four leg lock, but Maryse rang the bell much to the confusion of the challenger.

The Miz capitalized on the opportunity and scored a roll-up on the Underdog from the Underground.

Baron Corbin also interfered in the Cruiserweight Championship match between The Brian Kendrick and Kalisto, keeping the cruiserweight division still on Raw.

In the kickoff show, Kane nailed Luke Harper with a Chokeslam to nab the victory.

The team of Rich Swann, TJ Perkins, and Noam Dar also beat the trio of Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, and Ariya Daivari.
