Salvador Arcilla fired a seven-over-par 68 worth 29 points yesterday and boosted Team Glutamex Men to an opening 82 for a one-point lead over two others in Am G Division play of the Fil-Am Invitational at The Country Club in Baguio.
Joseph Dominic Samson scored 23, with Robert Nazal shooting 17 and Paolo Legaspi 13 to make up the rest of Glutamex scoring and keep LNP and Anagen Hair Growers at bay.
Vic Morada and Gerard Farin accounted for 23 apiece to pace LNP, while Joel Lopez, Manny Balangue and Danilo Victoria accounted for all but 18 of Anagen’s 81 points.
Apo Golfers Team Service, meanwhile, amassed 108 points at the longer Camp John Hay layout for a five-point lead over EK Amigo in Fil G.
