La Salle has claimed the UAAP Season basketball title for just a few hours, but its star center is already looking at the future.

After finishing with 18 points and 10 rebounds, the fun-loving big man knows the Green Archers can do more and gun for a title repeat.

“Of course, we’re going for a repeat, we’re not contented with just one,” said Mbala Wednesday at Smart Araneta Colisuem after humbling archrivals Ateneo 79-72 in the second game of the Finals. “We’re going to do whatever it takes to be on top.”

La Salle’s title was the culmination of a season the Green Archers had to win at all cost.
