Nat’l athletes to train in IBA

Philippine Olympic Committee chief Peping Cojuangco plans to bring national athletes to a training center in Iba, Zambales, if the two main venues for their preparations are unavailable.

This after reports of PhilSports shutting down for renovation and Rizal Memorial Sports Complex being put up for sale.

“We’ll be looking for other possibilities if and when the facilities have been closed,” said Cojuangco during Wednesday’s general assembly at Wack Wack Golf and Country Club.
