Lady Scorpions target 3rd title
Centro Escolar University will seek a third straight senior cheerleading crown when the 47th Women’s National Collegiate Athletic Association (WNCAA) holds its Cheerleading Competition on Feb. 25 at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
So far, the CEU Lady Scorpions have already collected a sixth straight championship in basketball on top of title runs in taekwondo, table tennis, badminton and swimming.
CEU was also the cheerleading winner in the 43rd season before University of Asia and the Pacific prevailed the following year.

St. Paul College Pasig, meanwhile, goes for a fourth consecutive juniors title while Poveda will defend its midgets crown in the event that kicks off at 11:30 a.m.
All senior and junior competitors will perform for a minimum of two hours and 45 minutes and a maximum of four minutes.
