UA’s test of will picks KL finalists

Raje Fama and Joyce Reboton are bound for Kuala Lumpur after ruling the Philippine leg of Under Armour’s “Test of Will” held recently at Glorietta Activity Center in Makati.

Fama amassed 150 points to beat Merwin Torres (140) and Gian Carlo Mercado (136) in the men’s division.

In the distaff side, Reboton collected 126 points to snare the Malaysia slot from Lynette Suler (98) and Rachel Ann Martin (93).

Fama and Reboton will face qualifiers from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei on May 6.

The contest consisted of a four-minute circuit that involved burpees, one-arm thruster, TRX rows and sandbag throw. Scores were based on the maximum number of repetitions made within 60 seconds. —VANESSA B. HIDALGO
