Two Filipinos shine in Pacquiao-Marquez undercard
Two Filipino fighters in the undercard of Pacquiao-Marquez III might just showed a glimpse of what to expect in the main event.
Dennis Laurente and Fernando Lumacad pulled off impressive wins against respective foes Sunday (Manila time) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Laurente scored a seventh round knockout over Ayi Bruce at the 0:57 mark while Lumacad breezed through Joseph Rios via unanimous decision, 78-72, 77-73 and 77-74 in their eight-round super flyweight bout.

Lumacad dropped Rios in the first and fifth round.
Laurente upped his record to 38-3-4, 20, while Lumacad hiked his win total to 25, 12 of which by knockout against three losses with three draws.
