LA Tenorio and Rabeh Al-Hussaini have been called up to bolster the Visayas All-Stars following the announcement of Gilas Pilipinas’ 12-man roster for the upcoming 2017 SEABA Championship.

PBA media bureau chief Willie Marcial shared the two stepped up to the plate to replace the spots left by June Mar Fajardo and Terrence Romeo, who were both named in the national team lineup.

Tenorio has already seen action for the Luzon All-Stars on Friday in Lucena, where they bowed to the youthful Gilas squad, 122-111.

Ginebra head coach Tim Cone will call the shots for the Visayas All-Stars on Sunday in Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu.

Also in the roster are Rain or Shine’s James Yap, Jeff Chan, and Jericho Cruz, San Miguel defenders Chris Ross and Ronald Tubid, Ginebra duo of Joe Devance and Chris Ellis, Alaska sniper Dondon Hontiveros, Star gunner Aldrech Ramos, and NLEX big man Asi Taulava.

The Visayan squad will test the newly-formed national team, where coach Chot Reyes will have a first look of his new roster sans naturalized center Andray Blatche.

“We’ll play our final 11 for the first time together in Cebu. That will be the very first time we’ll be on the floor at the same time and we’re looking forward to that,” he said.
