A rejuvenated Miguel Tabuena shoots for another crown in the $60,000 ICTSI Manila Southwoods Championship which begins Wednesday at Legends course in Carmona, Cavite.
Tabuena rallied from seven down in the final round, then nipped South African Mathiam Keyser in sudden death to snatch the ICTSI Luisita Championship title two weeks ago.
He skipped last week’s Orchard tilt to rest.
Expected to challenge Tabuena in the Philippine Golf Tour event are Orchard runner-up Clyde Mondilla, Luisita leg winner Tony Lascuña and perennial contender Jay Bayron. —ROY LUARCA
