Singapore rallied from eight points down in the last seven minutes and stunned Vietnam, 73-60, Thursday to finish its 2017 Seaba Championship assignment at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Delvin Goh nabbed a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds, to go with four assists and two blocks, while Leon Kwek chimed in 15 markers, seven boards, and six assists in the win.

Larry Liew also got 15 points in the victory, eight of which coming in Singapore’s fourth quarter assault.

The Singaporeans stared at a 56-48 deficit in the final 7:21 and went on a 23-2 surge to take a 70-58 lead, punctuated by a jumper from Lyon Chia.

Not helping Vietnam’s cause was its anemic 4-of-20 shooting from the field, as Singapore settled for a fifth place finish with their 2-4 card.

The loss kept Vietnam at sixth place as it ended the tourney with a 1-5 record.

Trieu Han Minh paced the Vietnamese with 17 points, four rebounds, and two assists, while To Quang Trung got 10 in the loss. /atm
