The Cleveland Cavaliers are one win away from a third straight ticket to the NBA Finals, and Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob couldn’t be more thrilled.

The two powerhouse teams have split their NBA finals match up for the past two years, and the spirited executive couldn’t hide his desire for a deciding grudge match.

With his team already finals-bound, Lacob candidly proclaimed that he wants another piece of the defending champs.

“I don’t care who we play, but my preference is Cleveland,” he told The Undefeated’s Marc Spears after the Dubs completed the sweep of the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday. “We have some unfinished business.”

Lacob even addressed last year’s gutting defeat and explained his team’s chances of one-upping their inter-conference rivals.

“We were the better team, but they did win,” Lacob described the 2016 finals.  “We need a chance to go in there and prove that.”

Both squads have reinforced their lineups since last year’s match up, with Golden State landing perennial All-Star Kevin Durant. Cleveland, on the other hand, managed to bolster their chances for another title with key additions like Kyle Korver, Deron Williams and Derrick Williams. Khristian Ibarrola/JB
