Mary Joy Tabal could be donning the country’s colors to the Southeast Asian Games after the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association recommended the reinstatement of the marathoner.
But the athletics body has imposed several conditions before the Cebu-based runner can compete in the Kuala Lumpur Games in August.
One of them is a written statement to abide by Patafa rules and regulation regarding training that should be transmitted by June 14.
Among other conditions are subjecting herself under a Patafa-affiliated coach and training in Baguio or Manila.
Tabal must also “officially and publicly” withdraw her complaint against the PSC.
