LeBron James’ annual social media blackout has come to an end, as the “The King” has been more visibly vocal online lately.

After lambasting Golden State Warriors’ forward Draymond Green last week for his “Quickie” shirt, James this time addressed the sudden exit of the team’s general manager, David Griifin.

After news broke out that the 47-year-old executive would be relieved from his duties, James took to Twitter to thank him for his efforts for the past three years.

“Thanks for what u did for the team for 3 yrs! We got us 1,” referring to the team’s 2016 NBA Championship trophy.

Bleacher Report’s Howard Beck, meanwhile, also said Griifin’s exit left James “disappointed” and “concerned” about the future of the franchise.
