NBA: Rockets shift ‘full attention’ to acquiring Carmelo Anthony—report

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Brian Windhorst, Houston is giving its “full attention” on acquiring the disgruntled New York Knicks forward to pair with their new superstar back court of Paul and James Harden.
Since mid-way from last season, Anthony has been at the center of trade talks, but has been difficult to move due to the no-trade provision he has on his contract, allowing him to reject any deal involving him.

The Rockets are currently working on a potential trade package involving stretch forward Ryan Anderson, the report said.
