Ateneo edged La Salle, 17-25, 21-25, 25-19, 25-21, 15-13, in the Battle of the Rivals charity game on Sunday at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Jia Morado of Ateneo and Aby Maraño of La Salle earned Player of the Game honors for their respective squads. Morado had 58 excellent sets while Maraño scored 16 points with three blocks and three service aces.
