Prince Eze dominated anew and University of Perpetual Help downed struggling Arellano University, 68-59, in the NCAA Season 93 men’s basketball tournament Tuesday at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.

Eze was a man among boys as he finished with 23 points, 21 rebounds and five blocks to power the Altas to their third win in seven outings.

“We just really wanted to win,” said Perpetual Help coach Jimwell Gican in Filipino.

GJ Ylagab added a near double-double with 11 points and eight rebounds while Gab Dagangon chipped in 10 points and six rebounds for the Altas.

Eze anchored Perpetual Help’s defense, which limited Arellano’s shooting to just 29 percent, including 5-of-26 from deep.

The Altas, meanwhile, shot a decent 43 percent from the field.

Kent Salado paced the Chiefs, who suffered their fourth consecutive defeat and fell to 2-5, in scoring with 14 points but needed 14 shots.
