Motivated to bounce back from its runner-up finish last conference, TNT has brought on former Washington Wizard Glen Rice Jr. as its new import for the 2017 PBA Governors’ Cup.

The 6-foot-4 forward is set to beef up a depleted KaTropa crew with key players suiting up for Gilas Pilipinas in various international tournaments.

Rice, 26, is the son of NBA legend Glen Rice and last played in the NBA D-League with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the 2014-15 season, where he averaged 20.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.8 steals in 23 games.

The former Georgia Institute of Technology standout will replace Michael Craig, after the burly import suited up for three games with TNT.

Craig averaged 21.7 points, 16.7 rebounds, and 6.7 assists in his time with the team.

Rice will suit up for TNT on Sunday when it faces Rain or Shine.
