MANILA, Philippines—Top seed Luksika Kumkhum rolled back China’s Zhao Yijing, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2, Sunday to complete Thailand’s domination of the ICTSI/ITF Women’s Circuit Week 2 at the Rizal Memorial Tennis Center.

Her victory in the $10,000 event came a day after she and Peangtarn Plipuech lost the women’s doubles title to compatriots Napatsakorn Sankaew and Varunya Wongteancha, 6-3, 3-6 (10-6).

Peangtarn earlier captured the Week 1 singles title after teaming up with Luksika to clinch the women’s doubles crown.

The top local entries, Anna Clarice Patrimonio, Marian Jade Capadocia, Tamitha Nguyen, Maika Jae Tanpoco and Marinel Rudas , never made it past the second round.
