The Kyrie Irving trade talks have somehow reached a stalemate, up until the Boston Celtics shocked the world and announced that they had acquired the prolific point guard in a blockbuster swap on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila).

The seemingly out-of-nowhere trade sent shock waves to the league, considering it involved the top two teams in the Eastern Conference and two of the NBA’s most skilled guards.
NBA pros quickly shared their reactions on Twitter, in what may be the biggest deal in this action-packed off-season.
Fellow NBA guards Jordan Clarkson, Elfrid Payton, Jamal Crawford , Eric Bledsoe and Terrence Ross weighed in on the league’s latest massive shake-up.
