Filipino Dottie Ardina faltered with a one-over 73 Sunday and settled for third place in the Symetra Tour’s Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout won by Australian Hannah Green in Arkansas.
Counting her back-to-back 67 earlier, Ardina pooled a nine-under 207 total, two shots off Green, who carded a course-record 64 for 205.
Green bagged $15,000 and sealed a Tour card in the Ladies Professional Golf Association.
France’s Celine Boutier tallied a 69 and wound up second at 206 for $9,715. Ardina pocketed $7,076 (about P362,000).
The 23-year-old Ardina failed to improve on her best finish thus far in the Symetra Tour, a joint second effort in the 2015 Four Winds Invitational in South Bend, Indiana.
