PBA: Meralco ties Ginebra atop standings, trips Globalport

Meralco strengthened its bid for a top two finish in the PBA Governors’ Cup, bombarding Globalport to submission, 100-93, Friday at Mall of Asia Arena.

The Bolts tied Ginebra at the top of the ladder with 8-2 records while the Batang Pier, who are already out of the playoffs, saw their conference end at 3-8.
