TNT head coach Nash Racela and Ginebra governor Alfrancis Chua exchanged heated words during the halftime break of Game 3 of the PBA Governors’ Cup semifinals Friday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Racela had been complaining about the officiating especially when his team got called for five straight fouls in the duration of three minutes at the start of the second period.

The TNT head coach’s emotions got him checked and received a technical in the second period.

Racela and Chua got aggressive with each other for almost three minutes in the back of house area of the Big Dome before PBA Commissioner got in between the two.

Ginebra head coach Tim Cone also pulled away Chua to help end the scuffle.

Racela’s older brother Olsen, an assistant coach for Ginebra, also tried to pacify the situation after Chua had gone to the Gin Kings’ locker.
