MANILA, Philippines—Football star David Beckham, Landon Donovan and the rest of football club L.A. Galaxy arrived Thursday afternoon for a three-day visit in Manila.

From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the defending Major League Soccer champions headed straight to Makati Shangri-La hotel for a press conference.

The Galaxy, also bannered by Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane, will host a football clinic for children on Friday and will tangle with the Philippine national football team on Saturday at the Rizal Memorial stadium as a part of its Asia-Pacific tour.

The Galaxy planed in from Indonesia, where they defeated the host’s national team, 1-0, Wednesday at the half-empty Bung Karno Stadium.

Tickets for the friendly at the RMS—ranging from P2,000 to P15,000—remain available two days before match via Ticketworld.
