Gilas resumes training for Fiba Qualifiers on Monday
Gilas Pilipinas will start is build up for its next assignment in Fiba Asia Qualifiers on January 8.
The national team will begin its weekly Monday practices after securing clearance from the PBA, national team head coach Chot Reyes announce on his Twitter.

The PBA players who are expected to attend the trainings are four-time PBA MVP June Mar Fajardo, two-time Fiba Asia best point guard Jayson Castro, Kiefer Ravena, Kevin Alas, Jio Jalalon, Roger Pogoy, Matthew Wright, Allein Maliksi, Gabe Norwood, Calvin Abueva, Carl Bryan Cruz, Mac Belo, Troy Rosario, Raymond Almazan, and Japeth Aguilar.
Gilas’ first game of 2018 will be against Australia in the first round of the group stages on Feb. 22 at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne.
