La Salle begins its quest for a three-peat against a dangerous University of Santo Tomas crew when the UAAP Season 80 women’s volleyball tournament unfurls on February 3 at Mall of Asia Arena.
The UAAP released the first round schedule on Monday as the Lady Spikers, led by Kim Dy, Majoy Baron, and Dawn Macandili, are once again seen as the benchmark.
The first game on opening day, features the Jaja Santiago-powered National University and Adamson.
Last year’s runner-up Ateneo, meanwhile, takes center stage on February 4 still at MOA Arena when it begins its road to redemption against Far Eastern University, while University of the East and University of the Philippines tangle in the curtain raiser.
The Finals rematch between Ateneo and La Salle is set on March 3 at MOA Arena.
