San Beda nears PCCL Final Four slot
NCAA champion San Beda inched closer to booking a ticket to the Philippine Collegiate Champions League Final Four with a masterful 85-46 win over Mindanaoan side Holy Trinity College Friday at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

Ryan Costelo topscored for the Golden Stags with 13 points, six assists, and five rebounds, while Michael Calisaan and Allyn Bulanadi combined for 24.
San Sebastian evened its standing at 1-1 and will face Holy Trinity for the last spot in the semifinals from Group B.
Mark Alcala carried the Green Archers with 22 points in the defeat.
Lyceum also displayed its patented frenetic pace in the second half to take the 88-80 win over CESAFI titlist University of Visayas.
Jaycee Marcelino anchored the all-out assault from the Pirates with 16 points, five rebounds and four steals, while NCAA MVP CJ Perez contributed 12 markers, five boards, five assists and four steals.
Wilson Baltazar and Mike Nzeusseu both had nine in the contest to put Lyceum on an even keel with Ateneo atop of Group A at 1-0.
Rey Suerte got 26 points, 10 boards and five assists to hoist the flag for the Green Lancers.
