University of Santo Tomas libero Rica Rivera suffered a right knee injury during the first set of their match against Ateneo in the UAAP Season 80 women’s volleyball tournament Sunday at Filoil Flying V Centre.

Golden Tigresses assistant coach Mark Alfafara said the initial assessment was that Rivera tore her meniscus in the right knee but further tests will still be conducted once the libero arrives at UST hospital.
