MANILA—Iloilo and Negros Occidental rekindle their bitter football rivalry when they clash for the title of the PFF Suzuki Under-23 National Cup in a two-leg final starting on Thursday at the Central Philippine University pitch in Iloilo City.
Kickoff is at 2:30 with the Ilonggos looking to hold serve at home.
The second leg is scheduled for Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City.
