There are times when you just have to admit defeat, and as humbling as it may be at least it was still an honorable way to go down.
That, however, didn’t happen to Los Angeles Clipper Wesley Johnson when Houston Rockets’ superstar James Harden staked ownership on his ankles.
Harden made a move late in the first quarter in their game at Staples Center on Thursday, creating space for the three and sending Johnson skidding to the floor.
But before the Bearded One released the shot, he first waited for Johnson to stand back up as Harden capped off the nasty move with the triple to stretch Houston’s lead to 31-7.
Harden’s Rockets defeated the Clippers, 105-92, for their 14th straight win.
