Alido, Nakajima joint leaders
Top prospect Ira Alido and Japanese Toru Nakajima scored two-under-par 70s in contrasting fashion Wednesday to emerge joint leaders in the ICTSI Eagle Ridge Challenge at Faldo course in Gen. Trias, Cavite.
The 17-year-old Alido fired four birdies at the front en route to nines of 32-38 while Nakajima razed the backside with five birdies for nines of 38-32.
Jay Bayron trailed the pacesetters with a 71, built around four birdies and three bogeys.

Dutchman Guido Van der Valk finished with an even 72 for solo fourth.
Multititled Tony Lascuna carded a 73 in the company of Michael Bibat, Nilo Salahog and American Nicolas Paez.
