Can Cobb lead La Salle past NU?
For coach Ramil de Jesus, Michelle Cobb is now the pilot of two-time defending champion La Salle.
“Wherever she decides to take the team, the team will follow that direction,” said De Jesus in Filipino, referring to the sophomore setter who inherited the “cockpit” from the much heralded Kim Fajardo.

The 19-year-old Cobb will once again get to steer La Salle when it takes on leader National U Saturday in the UAAP women’s volleyball at Filoil Flying V Centre.
The Lady Spikers suffered their first defeat in the tournament at the hands of the Lady Bulldogs, who are led by 6-foot-5 veteran national team stalwart Jaja Santiago.
“Right now we are like roller coaster, we need to improve on the endgame, that’s what we lacked,” said De Jesus.
