Aventajado named chief POC arbiter
Philippine Olympic Committee president Ricky Vargas appointed Robert Aventajado as chair of the committee on arbitration and disputes, hoping the former POC chair can strengthen the national sports associations.
“The NSAs play a critical part in delivering the medals for the country,” said Vargas. “We need to actually make them stronger and empower them.”
Aventajado will help solve leadership conflicts bugging some of the NSAs.
