Jennifer Rosales, the retired two-time winner on the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour, will gather 40 of the country’s finest junior players for the JRo Cup teeing off Tuesday, her way of giving back and teaching the finer points of the game.

The former Chick-fil-A Charity Classic champion also invited the top 20 boys in the second edition of the Ryder Cup-style event slated at Wack Wack in Mandaluyong.

“When I retired a couple of years ago and decided to get certified as a teacher, I told myself that I would want to help our golfers here,” said Rosales, the first Filipino to win on the LPGA Tour in 2004 in Georgia.

“I want to inspire and motivate them,” added Rosales, who won her second title, the SBS Open at Turtle Bay, in Hawaii the following year.
