Cruz positive F2 Logistics can pull off another PSL finals comeback
Skipper Cha Cruz hopes history will repeat itself, but knows the Cargo Movers have their work cut out for them ahead of Game 2 on Thursday.
“We’re very positive because we’ve been in this situation already, but we have to make a lot adjustments and we still have a lot to show,” Cruz told INQUIRER.net after tallying eight points in a 25-23, 25-20, 15-25, 22-25, 9-15, loss.

But the Cargo Movers shouldn’t have been worrying about coming back in the best-of-three series in the first place had they guarded themselves against complacency after taking a two-sets-to-none cushion.
“We became complacent in the third set and I think we also lacked the aggressiveness and will to finish the game,” the former La Salle star said.

Leading the rally for the Blaze Spikers was Katherine Bell, who was almost automatic on the offensive end.
Bell exploded for 42 points, doing most of her damage in the last three sets, particularly in the deciding fifth frame where she scored eight of Petron’s last nine points.
“She’s a great player. Back line, front, service, she’s really a big help to her team so we really need to watch out for her. We need to make adjustments especially against her,” Cruz said.
