Abueva teams up with Ginebra studs for Luzon All-Stars

Calvin Abueva partners with Ginebra standouts LA Tenorio and Japeth Aguilar in a combination straight out of the crowd favorite fans’ fantasies when they headline the Luzon All-Stars in the 2018 PBA All-Star Week in Batangas City on May 25.

The squad, coached by San Miguel coach Leo Austria, will also see spitfire guards Jayson Castro and Paul Lee in the starting five as they test the mettle of Gilas Pilipinas in the second leg of the midseason extravaganza.

It will be a potent selection from Luzon which will also feature guards Stanley Pringle and Alex Cabagnot, sharpshooters Marcio Lassiter and Matthew Wright, and big men Arwind Santos, Ian Sangalang, and Raymond Almazan.

June Mar Fajardo will carry the torch in the opposing side for the Nationals, as he will be joined by Terrence Romeo and rookie Kiefer Ravena in the Gilas crew.

Also part of the national team in this leg are Gabe Norwood, Troy Rosario, Roger Pogoy, Mac Belo, Roger Pogoy, Allein Maliksi, Jio Jalalon, and Carl Bryan Cruz.

The tilt will be the centerpiece of the loaded second leg, which will see the staging of the side events before the much awaited clash between Gilas Pilipinas and the PBA All-Stars.
