Creamline targets No. 2; Pocari debuts

/ 05:18 AM May 12, 2018

Defending champion Pocari Sweat-Air Force makes its much-anticipated debut on Saturday even as the fancied Creamline squad tests BanKo-Perlas in the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference.

Pocari battles PayMaya in the 2 p.m. match as the PVL plays the first of four games at People’s Gym in Tuguegarao City.

The Lady Warriors joined forces with the core of the former Air Force Jet Spikers to join forces with mainstays Myla Pablo, the former MVP, Elaine Kasilag and Jeannete Panaga.

And with imports Maddie Palmer and Arielle Love, Pocari is listed as one of the teams to watch here.

Palmer played for Radford University in the United States and is the fifth player to score at least 1,000 kills for the school.

Love was a middle hitter for Duquesne University and was a three-time Atlantic 10 First-Team All-Conference member.

BanKo-Perlas will be bannered by imports Lakia Bright and Jutarat Montripila.
