Former jungolfer Oliver Gan makes a courtesy call to Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Chairman William “Butch” Ramirez after his appointment as NCR program officer of the Philippine Sports Institute (PSI).
Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chair Butch Ramirez recently appointed former junior golf standout Oliver Gan as NCR program officer of the PH Sports Institute.
Part of Gan’s role as program officer is to assist the PSI in the implementation of its grassroots development programs and the identification of talented young athletes as future members of the national team.
“He (Gan) is committed to help us, perhaps to [even] bridge our China connections along the way,” Ramirez said.
