SINGAPORE—Chatri Sityodtong, ONE Championship chairman and CEO, couldn’t stop raving about the scheduled Unstoppable Dreams event on Friday.

And he has plenty of reasons to get revved up.

ONE: Unstoppable Dreams will have three title fights with hometown hero Angela Lee defending her atomweight title against Japan’s Mei Yamaguchi in the main event at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

“I predicted this would be the greatest night [in ONE Championship history],” said Sityodtong during the card’s press conference Monday at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre.

“The fans will have an unforgettable night, the event’s practically sold out already, but this is just the beginning of things to come for ONE.”

Lee’s younger brother Christian is also challenging Martin Nguyen’s featherweight strap as part of the stacked card.

Nguyen’s lightweight belt, the one he won against Eduard Folayang back in November of 2017, won’t be on the line.

ONE will also crown its inaugural Muay Thai chamion in the Super Series with Sam-A Gaiyanhadao of Thailand facing Dutch martial artist Segio Wielzen.

Sityodtong also formally introduced the ONE Super App wherein all of the promotion’s fights can be watched on any handheld device for free.

“This is just the beginning of the journey for ONE Championship,” said Sityodtong.
