Senator Manny Pacquiao expressed his best wishes for Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.
The couple exchanged vows in the much-anticipated royal wedding yesterday, May 19 in Windsor.
Pacquiao shared a picture yesterday of him and wife Jinkee, posing with the ginger prince when they met in Buckingham Palace on January 2015. The boxer-politician was invited for dinner and a tour of the palace grounds by Prince Harry himself.
Another picture shows him handing Prince Harry a pair of signed boxing gloves to commemorate their visit.
“Congratulations Prince Harry and Meghan. We are so happy for you both! May God Bless you,” his message stated.
In her own post yesterday, also bearing the same photo posted by Manny, Jinkee admitted to viewing the wedding transpire live.
In his original post, the athlete described the royal as “nice and humble.”
Pacquiao seems to be a fan of the royal family, with his youngest child named Queen Elizabeth. He told The Telegraph in an interview in 2014 that one of his wishes was to have tea with the Queen in Buckingham Palace. JB
