Capadocia dreaming of Asiad stint
Marian Jade Capadocia is on a roll, and is hoping that she could carry that momentum all the way to the Asian Games.
With her speed and cunning making up for her short frame, Capadocia proved that she’s the best women’s tennis player in the country after topping the recent Makati Open for her fifth straight national-level singles championship.
The 22-year-old bested arch-rival Clarice Patrimonio, 6-3, 6-3, for the Makati Open top prize, capping her dizzying winning streak that dated back to her doubles title in the Bahrain F2 Futures in Manama last April.
