The losses continued to pileup for Filipino fighter Jenel Lausa.

Lausa suffered his third straight setback after bowing to Japanese opponent Yuta “Ulka” Sasaki in the preliminary card of UFC Fight Night: Cowboy vs Edwards at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore on Saturday.

The 29-year-old Lausa tapped out from a rear-naked choke at the 4:04 mark of the second round in their flyweight bout.

Lausa hasn’t won since beating Yao Zhikui of China by unanimous decision in his UFC debut on November 26, 2016.

He has then dropped unanimous decision defeats to Magomen Bibulatov of Russia and Eric Shelton of USA last year.

Lausa is one of two Filipinos part of the Singapore fight card with featherweight Rolando Dy also taking on Shane Young of New Zealand.
