PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial told Terrence Romeo to be more careful the next time he’s around risky situations in public.
The TNT KaTropa guard got involved in a scuffle Thursday early morning in a bar along Tomas Morato Ave. in Quezon City.
“I told him that he should be more careful in those situations because he’s a celebrity,” said Marcial in Filipino Thursday at Mall of Asia Arena before the tip-off between Globalport and Rain or Shine.
“He told me that everything has been smoothed out in the precinct and that no charges were filed.”
Romeo, his group, and the other people who were involved in the scuffle were all brought in to Quezon City Police District Station 10 for questioning after the incident.

According to reports, a group of fans approached Romeo to get a picture with him.
Things, however, got heated when one of the fans grabbed Romeo by the neck, prompting a friend of the Philippine international to retaliate.
Marcial said the fan apologized to Romeo while they were in the precinct.
“The two camps already fixed things up and the fan already said sorry for the incident,” said Marcial.
