ROUND 6: Matthysse called for low blow, Pacquiao still ahead

Lucas Matthysse struggled to keep up with Pacquiao’s pace at the start of the round and was called with a low blow 22 seconds into the sixth.

Pacquiao retaliated with flurries that put the Argentianian cowering behind his guard.

With the action moving into the middle of the ring, Pacquiao landed three shots to the head of Matthysse.

After Bayless gave another headbutt warning, Pacquiao quickly landed a stiff hook to the side of Matthysse’s head.

Matthysse was able to land a jab before the bell rang, the only highlight for him in this round.
